Pet Sitting
Drop-in visits starting at $30
Caring for dogs, cats, and small pets, backed by years of hands-on experience in animal rescue, doggy daycare, grooming, and pet care.
Rates:
One pet: $30 per visit
Additional easy-care pets: +$10 per visit for up to two more pets in the same home (for example, a cat who just needs food and fresh water while I'm there for the dog)
Larger households or pets needing extra care: custom quote
Travel fee: +$10 per visit for homes more than a 20-minute drive from me. Farther than 35 minutes? Reach out for a custom quote. Not sure? Just ask!
Meet & Greet: $30 ($40 with additional pets)
Before your trip, we'll meet at your home so I can get to know your pets, learn their routines, and go over your intake paperwork together. It takes about 30 minutes. Please schedule it at least two weeks before your trip when possible.
Farm & Livestock Care
Farm visits starting at $40
Reliable care for chickens, goats, sheep, horses, alpacas, and more, from someone who has lived and worked full time on a 30-acre farm and knows what it takes to keep animals healthy and happy.
What's Included
Feeding and fresh water, collecting eggs, mucking stalls and cleaning coops, checking fences, gates, and shelters, and keeping a close eye on everyone's health so nothing gets missed.
Rates:
Farm visit (up to 30 minutes): $40
Extended farm visit (31–60 minutes): $60
Visits over an hour, horses, larger herds, or specialized care (medications, milking, etc.): custom quote
Once- or twice-daily visits available.

Meet & Greet: $40
Before your trip, we'll walk your property together so I can meet your animals, learn their routines, and go over your intake paperwork. It takes about 45 minutes. Please schedule it at least two weeks before your trip when possible.
Home & Property Care
Home check-ins starting at $30
No pets? No problem. Whether you're traveling for a weekend or away for the season, I'll keep your home safe, cared for, and looking lived-in, with the eye of an experienced property manager.
What's Included
Bringing in mail and packages, taking trash and recycling to the curb and back, watering houseplants and gardens, rotating lights and blinds so your home looks occupied, and walking through to check for leaks, power outages, or anything out of the ordinary. I'll send photo updates so you know all is well.
Rates:
Home check-in visit: $30
Daily, every-other-day, or weekly visits available.
Already booking pet or farm care? Basic home check-in tasks are included in your visits at no extra charge.

Walkthrough: $30
Before you leave, we'll walk through your home together so I can learn where everything is, like your water shutoff, breaker box, and alarm system, and go over your intake paperwork. It takes about 30 minutes. Please schedule it at least two weeks before your trip when possible.
Garden Design & Consulting
Garden services starting at $45 per hour
Whether you've just moved in and don't know where to start, or you're ready to breathe new life into an existing garden, I'll help you plan, plant, and care for a space you love. For the past nine years, I've helped people establish gardens of all kinds, and my time living and working on a 30-acre farm taught me what thrives here, from vegetable beds to flowering borders.
What's Included
Walking your property together to talk through your goals, suggesting plants that suit your soil, sun, and style, designing layouts for garden beds and landscapes, and helping with planting and ongoing care as your garden grows. I can also keep your garden watered and tended while you're away.
Rates:
Garden consulting and design: $55 per hour (one-hour minimum)
Hands-on garden help (planting, weeding, ongoing care): $45 per hour
Larger design plans or projects: custom quote based on size and scope
Garden watering while you're away: included with home check-in visits ($30)

Booking & Policies
A few simple policies help me give every client reliable, dedicated care. Please read them before booking.
Payment
Full payment for pet, farm, and home care, including your Meet & Greet or Walkthrough, is due at that first visit. Garden design and consulting work is billed weekly, at the end of each week. I accept cash, check, Zelle, and Venmo.
Travel
Rates include travel to homes within a 20-minute drive of me (the shaded area on the map). Homes 20–35 minutes away have a $10 travel fee per visit, and homes farther than 35 minutes receive a custom quote. I'll always confirm your total before anything is booked.
Cancellations
Booking your dates means I turn away other clients, so I ask for as much notice as possible if your plans change.
14 or more days before your first visit: full refund of visit fees
7 to 13 days before: 50% refund
Less than 7 days before: no refund
Meet & Greet and Walkthrough fees are non-refundable. Visits canceled because of an early return with less than 7 days' notice are not refunded. For garden sessions, please give at least 48 hours' notice to reschedule.
Holidays
Holiday availability is limited. Holiday bookings (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day) are non-refundable once confirmed.
